1. Return Policy Overview

At Radhe Radhe Ayurvedic Medicine, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Our return policy is designed to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 15 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described on our website.

Please Note:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items once opened:

  • Consumable products (once seal is broken)
  • Personal care items
  • Products with broken manufacturer's seal

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order history.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions to complete the return request form.
  4. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.
Important:

Please do not send your return without first obtaining a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the replacement as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at care@radheayurvedic.store . Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
